Terms and Conditions
1.The prices of the models do not include the 20% agency fee.
2. This commission has to be paid for the agency after booking the model, but at latest on the shooting’s day or at latest on the day of the production at the end of the shooting.
3. Models have to be paid in cash at the latest on the last workday after the work is done.
4. Outside of Hungary: The model has to be reserved minimum 1 but ideally 2 weeks before the workday, so that we can inform and prepare her properly for the trip.
5. In case of mediating to your own country we need to get all the exact information of the route and the accessibility of the accommodation, at least 3 days before the model’s arrival. The cost of the travel (round trip) has to be paid to the agency in advance as an additional expense. But the trip can be booked online as well. In this case please send the invoice to our e-mail address.
6. The agency cannot take responsibility for the model getting ill or having an accident, but if there is a possibility we suggest another model available instead of her.
7. The producer has to take care of the model’s safety, accommodation, the proper hygiene conditions and the legal representation as well (if it is needed).
8. The producer has to ask for the missing, needed documents such as the sanitary test, identity papers from the model at the latest on the last day of the work. Because subsequently the agency cannot guarantee sending the copy of the missing documents after days, weeks.
9. Technical supplies rentals have to pay in advance.
